Following Prohibition, the Bolton family's involvement in the company ends as new owners take over, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the distillery.
Brewing Begins

Worker Cooperative
Employees form a worker cooperative to purchase the company, ensuring local ownership and preserving the Bolton's legacy for future generations.
